Frozen raw camel milk

Within the Netherlands, our standard shipping method is refrigerated transport via Firma Miedema. The moment the milk is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from them with information (check your spam box). They ensure that your milk is cooled throughout the shipment and deliver the order to you the day after shipment.

If you choose DPD, the fresh and frozen milk will be sent in a Styrofoam insulated box with ice packs. If you use DPD, thus deviating from our standard shipping method, it is at your own risk if the camel milk does not arrive to you fully chilled.
Within 48 hours, the camel milk will be delivered. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking code, delivery date and time.

• Make sure someone is at home at the time of delivery
• Place the milk in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon receipt
• Always defrost frozen camel milk in the refrigerator
