Ingredients (for 7-10 pancakes)
Put the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar, eggs, camel milk and a small dash of sunflower oil in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or a whisk until smooth.
Make sure your pan is hot before you start baking, because a little bit of oil there is in the batter you need less fat for baking. When the pan is hot, you can put a little butter in the pan and start cooking. If you want to bake a whole stack of pancakes, cover it with a lid or an plate to keep warm.
