Shipping the camel milk

On Mondays and Wednesdays, orders from the webshop are dispatched.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, the camel milk is bottled. The bottles needed for the orders are packed for shipment. The remaining bottles go directly into our freezing cell. Frozen camel milk has a shelf life of one year.
Our standard shipping method within the Netherlands is Miedema. This transport company uses refrigerated transport. This keeps the camel milk at the right temperature during the whole transport process.
Orders sent by DPD, Fedex or UPS are packed in an insulated box with icepacks. This way, the camel milk remains cool for a few days during transport.
