Adjusted shipping days during the holidays

The holidays are just around the corner, and this year Christmas and New Year's Day fall in the middle of the week. As a result, we unfortunately cannot ship as you are used to from us. For orders to foreign countries, it is not possible to deliver camel milk at all around the holidays. 

We will ship our camel milk on the following days in an adjusted manner:

• Monday 23 December: only shipments within the Netherlands 
• Wednesday 25 December: no shipments
• Monday 30 December: only dispatch within the Netherlands 
• Wednesday 1 January: no shipments

This means that camel milk will last be sent to countries outside the Benelux countries on Monday 16 December. For Germany and Belgium this will be on Wednesday 18 December. 

From Monday 6 January, shipments will resume as usual.

We process orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed and paid for by 10:00 am on those days are shipped then. Fresh and frozen camel milk outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will only be shipped on Mondays.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Within the Netherlands, I&L Logistiek refrigerated transport is our standard for fresh and frozen camel milk. They make sure your milk is refrigerated throughout the shipment and deliver the order to you the day after shipment. The moment the milk is packed, you will receive an email with information (also check your spam box).

It is important that someone is present at the time of delivery to receive the package. If no one is present, there will be a cost to make a new delivery appointment. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to always be home. If you would like to know what time they will come by you can contact Miedema on the delivery day in the morning. The details can be found in the e-mail sent at the time of packing.

Shipping outside the Netherlands

To other countries, the fresh and frozen camel milk is shipped in a styrofoam insulated box with ice packs. The standard shipping method for this is DHL express. If you use DPD, thus deviating from our standard shipping method, it is at your own risk if the camel milk does not arrive to you fully chilled.

The moment the milk is packed, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code (also check your spam box). The camel milk will be delivered within 48 hours.

* Follow the package via the Track & Trace code.
* Make sure someone is home at the time of delivery
* Put the milk immediately in the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival
* Always defrost frozen camel milk in the refrigerator
