Muffins made with camel milk

Ingredients (for about 12 muffins)

  • 150 gram butter
  • 70 gram bitter cocoa powder
  • 100 gram pure chocolate in small parts
  • 300 gram flour
  • 180 milliliter fresh camel milk (or made with  camel milk powder)
  • 6 gram baking powder
  • 1 gram salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 gram sugar
  • 100 gram date palms

Preparation
Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar until you have a light substance.
Add the eggs one by one and mix it for a couple of minutes. Take another bowl and mix the flour, cacoa powder, baking powder and the salt. Add the two mixes together and add the camel milk. Finally, add the chocolate parts and the date palms.

Put the mix in cupcake tins and bake them for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
